I am not occupied with aikido. I am just delighted with it... It is wonderful art how to live in harmony with nature, others people and first of all with onself. Aikido is a philosophy, it is a theory that so efficacious (and how effective!) incarnated in practical technics. Information downloaded from different sites; copyrights signed inside clips.
